Mechanical operations are inevitably invaded by dust and impurities. As a kind of bearing used in large or heavy machinery and equipment, the slewing bearing itself has mounting holes, lubricating oil holes and sealing devices, but it will still be affected by complex environment. Once improperly raised, it may lead to debris rotating with mechanical parts into the slewing bearing, increase the friction between the slewing bearing and related accessories, the formation of activity stuck phenomenon, and may even lead to mechanical stop. In this way, the operation management personnel need to master the cleaning method, timely clean up impurities to ensure that the machinery is running.

The dust deposited in the raceway by the slewing bearing cannot be cleaned up, which leads to the blockage of the oil filling pipe and the roller stuck in the raceway. The temporary auxiliary equipment is used to inject high pressure descaling liquid into the slewing bearing. Through repeated rotation, the friction pairs of the slewing bearing move relative to each other, and the oil dirt and dust deposited in the raceway are cleaned up. After cleaning, oil is injected into the slewing bearing to clean up the descaling liquid.

Regular inspection of slewing bearing related accessories is necessary, protective accessories damage or improper use of lubricating oil caused by impurities intrusion will produce large consumption of slewing bearing, shorten the service life.
